in some certain extent it is. seen a nation accepting jason’s gay lifestyle and tebow getting mocked for his christian faith , it show how bad state of spirituality and morals this nation is. it really going down the toilet to put it that way. i mean come on , do you think the real reason why tebow is mocked in mainstream sports media is because he’s a bad quaterback? when in reality , there are others worse than tebow? there is something fishy here. but of course jason collins sadly will have tribulation of his come out. I’m just going to agree to disagree on this issue and say that it’s belittling to say that Tim saying he’s Christian (a widely accepted religion in this country), is comparable to Jason saying he’s gay (something that particular group in is fighting for rights in this nation). I am aware Tim gets mocked for his religion. Do I think that it’s right? Absolutely not! But to me, and many others, I don’t think that the two issues are something that should be compared. And that’s all the more I really want to talk about it on this blog, since I try not to share too much of my personal opinion.
